Palm Springs

Family Vacation Etiquette:
#1 Tear up the Room and Build a Fort

#2 Lounge at the pool and swim for hours
(especially if they are playing a poolside movie)

#3 Lounge around watching the Stanley Cup Finals
#4 Spend lots of time with Daddy

Rewarded for Bravery

Lilli did have her first two cavities this year and she got them fixed
without the $100 laughing gas so she earned this reward
her mini me American Girl Doll.

Aren't they cute?

A Friendly Celebration

 Hanging out with our BFFs

We had fun paddle boarding and kayaking
Gracie had fun with the sunscreen

Dentist

These pictures are all lies, only Lilli likes the dentist.
Bear and I usually both have drama for the wonderful
Dr. Harris.  Despite her profession, she really is nice.
We definitely make it memorable!

BSF

Another wonderful year at BSF comes to a close.
Bear and Lilli got extra love from Ms. Janet, Julie and Paula
this year on Tuesdays and I got daddy time on Tuesday nights!
Here are a few stories we learned studying Matthew this year.

Riverside Steamies

We went out for a Sunday drive to Hunter Park
to ride the Mini Steam Trains with daddy.

Fun with Friends

We went to San Diego to spend some time with our friends
and play in the pool all day.

(above) here I am in action and (below) Bear after all his action.

Oh, Glorious Day

Happy Easter 2014

We started a new tradition this year,
Sunrise Service at Mt. Rubidoux.
It was an early morning hike (with a few thousand others)
but is was a beautiful service and I hope we can do it again next year.

Second Grade

Thursday's are my "home school days", lately Lola has been coming
to help me and it has been a big help for mom.
Now I have to write neat every sheet;
but I still enjoy spending the extra time
with my Lola.
For 2nd grade marketplace I made sold out cookies.
This was the best homework I have had all year!

Preschool Play

My brother and sister are lucky to have each other,
they love to play together.  Here are some of the things that they do
for preschool play...playdoh, dress up, swinging and
lots of imagination play (Bear loves to be a cat and Lil a dog).
It is always a highlight when Lola comes over to play too!

 Lilli made a monster.

Spring Break

For Spring Break we had a stay-cation; but we went to the beach.
Bear & Lilli went in the freezing water, fearless.
I stayed back.
Bear likes building sand castles (and destroying them).
The next day we went to the LA Science Museum
and saw the Endeavour.  It was cool!
