O Christmas Tree

Today we went to see a big tree that was environmentally friendly plucked out of a California forest that will be "recycled" after Christmas- or at least that's what the sign said. Yeah, I didn't think it was too interesting either.

Mom dressed me up in a silly Christmas outfit and then tried to get me to smile all day. I don't think I let out a smile until I came home and saw daddy.

Baby It's Cold Outside

Mom and dad wanted to go for out for some exercise the other night, so they bundled me up REALLY well. Did I mention that they were going for a jog to nana’s house to go finish up the Thanksgiving apple pie? Also, those of you from the mid-west, it was a freezing 65° outside; I was sweating more then mom and dad when we arrived.

Thanksgiving

My first Thanksgiving was at Nana's house and everyone came to see if I could down the turkey leg. I ate so much I was stuffed.
It was a fun day with my whole family, Lola, Opa, Uncle Henry, Auntie Shannan, Nana, Pops and mom and dad. I was getting passed around from person to person and they were all eating me up.
I have so much to be thankful for!

Daddy and me.

9 Month Update

For my nine month birthday on November 16th all I got were two shots :-( I am now a total of 28" long but I only put on a pound and a half since my last check up. I'm 85% in height and 15% in weight. Tall and lean, maybe I'll be like my Auntie Tanya someday.

I cried when I got my shots but mom calmed me down and Nana and Pops cheered me up later that night.

It was an exhausting day, but Auntie Shannan put me to sleep. Time to grow some more.

Crawling

The Wedding

This weekend we had a great big celebration, because I finally have a new uncle. Aunt Tanya got married to Uncle Pat...I never knew becoming an uncle required such a huge celebration, but you know my auntie Tanya always has to over do it. Doesn't my auntie Tanya look beautiful? We both got our dresses from the Philippines.

This is Tita Emma. I've been waiting to show her off, so you could see how much she loves me. We had fun at the party together.

Mom and Dad had fun dancing with me. Here's a picture of Mr. Seigler trying to "cut in". I turned him down because he was too old for me :-)
I am a little drunk here, and I only had a few sips from mom's spiked milk. Thanks to Nana and Pops I got home safe.

Chinese Auf Duetsch?

Onkel Hemet and Tanta Maibritt tried showing me how to use chinese chopsticks auf deutsch... No wonder I was having such a difficult time. Maybe next time in Germany we'll try painting together - I'm sure it will be abstract!

"Hair" Letens

Tanta Doris was a natural when it came to holding me. I was really enjoying it... That is until Onkel Uwe's facial hair poked me and made me cry... Look at that thing! Onkel Uwe's Beard puts daddy's to shame.

Here a Crucillo, There a Crucillo, Everywhere a Crucillo

I had so much fun with all my Titas, and they seemed to enjoy being with me... I will miss them so much when they leave... that is until we all move to San Diego!
This is Tita Lisa, Tita Rory, and Tita Vicky spending time with me - look at those smiles =). Tita Rory says I'm her little shrimp chip... "Ma Sarap!"

Tita Vicky the Comedian

The Crucillo Convention

I'm so happy to finally meet my Tita Rory. She is a part of the "delegation" of family and friends that will be arriving this week for Autie Tanya's wedding on Saturday.

Today we ate lunch outside. The sun was shining, and It was a perfect day 75 degress (F). Later, we all had fun playing "tug-o-war"... So much attention so little time.
